Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando Hotel, Orlando

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms in the condo were extremely comfortable with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. The location was great, and the pool was excellent. The taxi service provided was also fantastic. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and offered a wonderful view of the pool area.

The hotel is superbly located, close to Disney Springs and restaurants with fantastic amenities, but be cautious of potential additional charges. The rooms are fabulous, though cleanliness could be improved; they feature a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and a separate bathroom. The service is top-notch overall, with exceptional staff; however, be wary of pushy timeshare sales pitches. The location is excellent, easily accessible to desired attractions, with impressive pool facilities but watch out for hidden sales tactics. The dining experience is a major highlight, particularly for WDW annual passholders, but beware of unexpected extra charges.

My stay was very pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but sometimes a bit loud and not everything worked perfectly. The hotel location was convenient, with various shops and dining options within walking distance. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite, always ready to assist. The food was enjoyable, but some unexpected additional charges affected the value for money.
